Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging and materials included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to electrical parts, special-order items, and items marked as “Final Sale.” Please check the product description before purchase.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, email our Customer Service team at info@partsgeekautoparts.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping Your Return: Please securely package your return, including the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Processing Your Return: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). If the return meets our conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items, depending on the condition of the returned item and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
